After getting a recommendation from a previous client of Savannahs, I reached out to her and was responded to almost IMMEDIATELY with answers to all of my questions. She linked my reservation with my friends and the process was easy and flawless all thanks to Savannah. I am a ‘tell me how much money I owe and where to be’ type of person so having Savannah was a lifeline for me. She took it upon herself to keep an eye out and book reservations for my family that she knew would sell out quickly just to have incase we wanted it, if not, it was just as easy to cancel. Our travel date and Savannahs due date approached quickly (for me atleast ) and at the same time. Despite the more important things she clearly had going on, there was never a time she delayed responses, even when I rudely texted her (without knowledge) while she was still in the hospital after delivery. Also to note, the Disney cruise was THE BEST vacation my husband and I have ever been on, and we travel a lot. The kids loved EVERY SECOND of it, from waking up and heading to the balcony to see where we were that day, to their drink orders the wait staff had ready for them every night when we sat at dinner and the 4 ice creams they had before breakfast, it truly was magical and would not have been possible without Savannah.
